May 5, 2001 - RocketShip's newest software is entering the private
beta stage. Messenger LAN, its current working title, will allow you
to connect with users across your LAN/Intranet and use the same features
found in Messenger Personal. Updated features, including a new buddy
list, have been implemented, as well as smaller, faster code. You
can look for this release sometime in the not-too-distant future.
The RocketShip LAN software will be brought first to the corporate
marketplace. P.S. The RocketShip Internet Messenger is still a
work in progress. Please see the note below if you can help.
We're still looking for anyone that has an available server to run our server
software (about 300K) for the public, non-LAN release, please
contact us if you would like to help. |
